I have been house hunting for roughly 3.5 years. I never found a home where I said , "WOW", this is centrally located, it's new construction, tremendous upgrades, gated community and the kicker is it's literally 5 minutes from my corporate office. It seemed that all the failed attempts for the past 3.5 years happened for a reason.
I couldn't be happier with being in a top tier product. The townhomes that Drew builds are definitely one of a kind. I've looked at several products and they all had the same cookie cutter approach. They offered very little value and I was worried about my resale down the road. The open floor plan, care to detail and quality put into these homes, you will know they will last for years!
I highly recommend working with Drew, he has a plethora of experience, and any question(s) I asked, he had the answer. He never said, "let me get back to you on that." That speaks volumes in this industry. Drew Chalmers is always exceeding the standard in the housing market!

My husband and I will be retiring and wanted to purchase a home to use a few months out of the year and that my daughter could live in year round. We spent a weekend going to appointments. House after house! Nothing wowed us or felt right. Our realtor assured us that the next day would be better.
When we met with him in the morning he gave us the run-down of what we were going to see. Our first stop is a townhouse at Pelican Pointe! We said no way! We wanted a house! He convinced us to take a look at the townhouse and then he would take us to see more homes.
As we drove in Pelican Pointe I started to get excited! It was beautiful. Not too big, not too small. We pulled up to the unit we were going to see and I was impressed. The pavers in the driveway, down to the colors, trim and landscaping! The inside was amazing. The layout was perfect, the finishes, the quality, the attention to detail. It almost seemed like Drew Chalmers had created that home just for us! We cancelled the rest of our appointments that day and closed on our new townhouse a few weeks later.
Drew has been wonderful thru the whole process and is always available if anything is needed. I definitely recommend a Drew Chalmers built home.

Drew, first let me say you have a quality product! I saw no townhomes built as nice as yours. We did however decide to purchase in South St. Petersburg on water and boating access. If in the future I decide to build I will look you up. Thanks for your time and attention.

I was very impressed with Drews' attention to detail throughout the process, it is evident that Drew takes pride in what he does. His units are spacious and well designed to accommodate a single person to a larger family.
Drew is always willing to take time to answer questions regarding the demands of the building codes as well as pointing out upgrades that have been incorporated. He is always looking to make the buyer feel as if they are important, the only individual that matters at that moment.
Often times the other builders flooring, cabinets and granite are considered upgrades but are standard for a Chalmers Home. Many options are available from elevators, central vacuums, closet upgrades, windows and appliances.
My client was very pleased with the attention that was given to her as well as the politeness of the on-site crew. The crew did maintain the construction area to prevent any accidents to potential buyers.
